Abstract:

To obtain a marriage license, the couple or more usually the bridegroom, had to swear that there was no just cause or impediment why they should not married. This was the marriage allegation. There was no obligation, for the jurisdiction to keep the license and many were simply destroy. Hence, few historical examples of marriage licenses, however, the allegations and bonds are retaining and they are important source for Arab genealogy. Most the test of lab examination before marriage in JAZAN City from surrounded area; Farasan, Samta , Al-Mosem , Al-Towal , Sabia , Beash , Faifa and Al-Darb were Hepatitis B and Sickle cell anemia. This  cases may be own license to marry in Hepatitis B after treated with vaccine while the Sickle cell anemia refuse to obtain permission , the allegations for marriage were decided on themselves . On the other hand, the Thallasemia and AIDS (HIV) is very sharp deciding to prevent these cases by the legal authority.
